Lechwe Lodge comprises a picturesque group of traditional thatched buildings set in large landscaped grounds surrounded by acacia woodland and overlooking the Kafue Floodplain.

Our four thatched rondavels can be used as single, twin or double rooms. Each has en-suite shower and W/C, mosquito nets and it’s own thatched summer house.
 

For families, we have two larger chalets. Each consists of  two twin or double bedrooms, both en-suite. The larger of the two chalets also has a central private sitting room & patio.
 

Our emphasis is on good home cooking. We rely largely on our own farm produce of pork, game meat, fish, fruit and vegetables. 
 
As the sun goes down, guests can help themselves to the range of drinks that are laid out beside the water hole. The early evening can be spent beside the fire, watching wildlife or enjoying the sunset.
 
Swimming can be enjoyed either in our adult pool or the splash pool for children.
